A lifetime of work behind, and in front of a microphone has prepared Arlene Tannis for the voice over field.
In school, Arlene was the first female to introduce and announce football halftime activities at Jackson High in Michigan. As a college student, she not only graduated from Western Michigan University in Broadcasting and writing, but went on to teach a few courses in radio production and writing, while working in radio broadcasting.
For over 25 years, Arlene worked in radio with a variety of responsibilities, including news and news writing, on-air mid day announcer and Creative Services and Production Director capacities. Since leaving radio in 2008, she has been a full time voice over talent with a professional studio located in Battle Creek, Michigan, where she lives with her husband, daughter and Brittany.
Her specialties include voice over for commercials, business and documentary narration, explainer video voice over, e-learning and telephone on-hold systems, among others.
